There is a well-documented critical shortage of Registered Nurses
in the province of British Columbia.
As such, the British Columbian
Provincial Nominee Program is committed to helping public sector
health employers address this shortage by accepting applications
for Registered Nurse vacancies.
The position being offered
must be permanent, full-time and meet all provincial employment
and wage standards. Registered Nursing is a licensed profession
in British Columbia and therefore individuals must also possess,
at minimum, a letter from the Registered Nurses Association of British
Columbia (RNABC) stating that they are eligible for an interim permit.
